2. Booking and Scheduling

To ensure the best service, please follow our booking procedures:

Advance Booking - We recommend booking services at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates.
Confirmation - Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the scheduled services.
Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

3. Payment Terms

Our payment policies are designed to ensure transparency and convenience:

Payment Methods - We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers for all services rendered.
Invoicing - Invoices will be issued upon completion of services or as per the agreed schedule.
Payment Due Date - Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon.
Late Payments - Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the total invoice amount for each month overdue.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation Notice - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
Cancellation Fee - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service may incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Show Policy - Failure to be present at the scheduled time without prior notice may result in the full service fee being charged.

5. Service Guarantee

Satisfaction Guarantee - If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
